Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1-inch Ginger
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp each of Spices
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter or ghee
- Fresh cilantro (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Oil
Tips:
- Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour for best flavor.
- Use Greek yogurt for a thicker marinade.
- Adjust spice levels according to your preference.
- Simmer the sauce gently to avoid curdling.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Recipe:
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 1 hour.
- Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through.
- Sauté onion, ginger, and garlic in butter until soft.
