Palak Paneer Recipe
Ingredients:
- Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
- Spinach
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Ginger

- Green chilies

- Salt
- Oil or ghee

- 250g Paneer
- 500g Spinach
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1-inch Ginger
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 Green chilies
- 1 tsp each of Spices
- Cream (optional)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Oil or ghee
Tips:
- Blanch spinach for vibrant green color.
- Sauté onions until golden brown for enhanced flavor.
- Adjust spice levels according to your preference.
- Add cream for a richer texture (optional).
- Garnish with cream and serve hot with naan or rice.
Recipe:
- Blanch spinach in boiling water, then blend into a smooth puree.
- Sauté onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and spices, cook until tomatoes are soft.
